ABL Commercial Real Estate Lending

ABL Commercial Real Estate Lending: Learners must complete an 8-module university level course and pass a final exam administered by Dalhousie University. CUIC 350 Commercial Real Estate Lending course takes students from foundational concepts to complex lending situations including the underwriting of multi-tenant projects, condominium financing and sub-division development. To reinforce both learning and applying real estate lending concepts, the course includes templates, multiple examples, mini-cases and content review questions. This course is completed over approximately 15 weeks and is the equivalent of one university semester. This badge is issued by the Credit Union Institute of Canada® (CUIC Inc.)
