FSR Applied Skills

FSR Applied Skills: Learners must complete ten on demand, self-paced modules including exercises, knowledge checks, and a final quiz. They must also attend two, multi-session eClasses facilitated by subject matter experts. These courses will ensure an FSR can apply their foundational skills, complete more complex conversations with members, and refer members to business partners when necessary. This badge is issued by the Credit Union Institute of Canada® (CUIC Inc.)
