FSR Foundational Skills

FSR Foundational Skills: Learners must complete eight on demand, self-paced modules including exercises, knowledge checks, and a final quiz as well as a multi-session eClass facilitated by a subject matter expert. These courses will ensure an FSR has the introductory knowledge needed to assist members with transactional, lending or investing inquiries in the first three to nine months in their role. This badge is issued by the Credit Union Institute of Canada® (CUIC Inc.)
